ERP & Business Process Specialist / Full-Stack Developer
I map how a business actually runs — then I build the system that runs it. Four years turning process gaps at a medical-equipment company into working software, alongside 20+ production applications delivered independently under senmmar.com.
I'm a Computer Engineer with 4+ years of ERP and business process experience at tek-imas medical, where I moved from Technical Officer to ERP Developer — promoted because I kept finding the gaps and then fixing them in code.
That path is the whole point. I do the analyst half of the job — process documentation, workflow analysis, root cause analysis, KPI monitoring and management reporting — and then I build the system that supports it. Most people in ERP hand the requirements to a developer. I write the requirements, then I ship them.
Outside of work I founded senmmar.com, where I've designed, built and now operate 20+ applications — 13 of them live products used by businesses across Iraq, including a logistics and delivery platform integrated with a national shipping carrier and mobile apps published on the App Store and Google Play.
Two skill sets that are usually two different hires.
ERP implementation, optimization and development. Business process improvement, process documentation, SOP development and compliance, workflow analysis, process gap identification and root cause analysis.
Operational data analysis, KPI monitoring and reporting, management reporting with insights and action plans, cost analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Excel automation, data entry and archiving.
Logistics and supply chain, delivery and dispatch operations, inventory management, procurement, asset tracking. Cross-department collaboration and quality and compliance standards.
TypeScript/Node.js, Python, SQL and PostgreSQL, React and Next.js. REST API design, systems integration and Linux server administration — deployment included, not just the code.

Systems in production, not demos. Each one solved a real operational problem.
Logistics and delivery platform for merchants
A B2B platform that lets merchants issue invoices and dispatch shipments through a single integration, operating as a registered aggregator with a national shipping carrier. Covers merchant onboarding and approval, the full invoice lifecycle, province-based shipping rate tables, automatic delivery status updates from the carrier, and Excel reporting for operations staff.
On-demand service marketplace with field drivers
A dispatch engine that offers each order to the nearest available driver and expands the search radius until accepted, plus a driver vetting and approval workflow. I documented the API and operating procedures for an external mobile team and covered the system with 96 automated tests before launch.
tek-imas medical · purchasing, stock and suppliers
The company's procurement backbone: purchases, suppliers, materials, stock distribution and full material history, with a fine-grained permission model and Excel import/export so the teams already living in spreadsheets could adopt it without friction. Built after documenting the existing workflows with warehouse, laboratory and procurement staff.
tek-imas medical · compliance documentation
Replaced manual water-test report handling with a searchable digital archive spanning 9 regions, 20+ testing centres and 4 test types. Standardised how reports are recorded and made compliance history traceable instead of scattered across paper and inboxes.
School management platform
Covers attendance, homework and grading, plus a full finance module handling fee structures, installment plans, invoicing, payments and expenses. Attendance is captured automatically from RFID card readers and face-recognition devices, with reporting for administrators and updates pushed to parents.
Exam authoring, distribution and grading platform
Builds exams from a question bank classified by difficulty and educational taxonomy, with a review workflow and tracked distribution to schools and centres. Uses per-student QR codes for anonymous, tamper-resistant paper handling, and reports on question performance after grading. Delivered to Iraq's Ministry of Education free of charge.
NFC and QR valet parking for hotels and restaurants
Replaces paper valet tickets with NFC cards and QR codes, routing guest requests to staff and tracking each session from arrival to return. Delivered with per-branch access control and management reporting on peak hours and staff performance.
Fitness and nutrition platform
Users photograph or describe a meal and receive an AI-generated nutritional breakdown, with goals recalculated from their body metrics. Includes a bilingual exercise library with video guidance and an admin panel for managing users, exercises and meals.

Available for new opportunities
Whether it's an ERP that isn't fitting the way your teams actually work, a process that still runs on spreadsheets, or a product that needs building from scratch — I'd like to hear about it.
